As a mother, I love getting to watch that special bond between another mother and their child. Savannah and Jack were absolutely adorable in this gorgeous sunflower field. The sun was peeking through the clouds so nicely as they played together on a beautiful day at Sinkland Farms in Christiansburg, VA during their Sunflower Festival.
This shoot was especially meaningful to me because I took these photos shortly after having my first baby boy. I understand the deep need and specialness of having these precious moments captured. Watching Savannah and Jack interact, I couldn't help but reflect on the bond I share with my own son. These photos are a beautiful reminder of the joy and love that comes with motherhood.
