There is nothing more awe-inspiring than the moment a new life enters the world. Birth is sacred—raw, powerful, and beautiful. It’s a miracle I will never take for granted.

Recently, I had the privilege of photographing the Rowe family as they welcomed their baby girl into the world. In the quiet and sacred space of their home, surrounded by love, she made her arrival. Her mother’s strength, her father’s steady presence, her big brother’s excitement, and the unwavering support of their in-laws and birth team created an atmosphere of peace and joy.

Guided by the skilled and compassionate care of Divine Beginnings WV, this home birth was everything birth should be—empowering, intimate, and deeply personal. The work of a midwife is nothing short of incredible, and watching this team care so intentionally for this mother and baby was an honor.

Home birth is something so close to my heart. I love witnessing the beauty of new life entering the world in a space filled with warmth, support, and faith. It’s a reminder of how miraculous and divinely orchestrated birth truly is.
